  • Crash Data: Automatically gathered through third-party tools to diagnose and address performance issues.
  • Device Information: Includes your device model, operating system, and app version, which help optimize app functionality.
  • User-Provided Content: Photos and videos uploaded to the App for video generation are temporarily processed and securely stored.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: These are used for essential services such as session management and performance analytics. Important Note: Users are responsible for ensuring any third-party Personal Data they upload complies with applicable privacy laws.

How We Use Your Data

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Core Functionality: Generating videos from your photographs and providing in-app services.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitoring crash reports and app usage trends to improve the App’s stability and user experience.

Oopsify partners with trusted third-party services for app functionality and analytics:

  • Google Firebase: Used for crash diagnostics and performance analytics, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Data transfers to the U.S. are protected under the EU-U.S. Privacy Framework.
  • HuggingFace: This service is meticulously crafted to assist in the creation of unique and tailored content by carefully processing, analyzing, and transforming the information provided by users. It operates as a dynamic tool that takes user input, interprets it with precision, and applies a variety of techniques to generate refined and meaningful outputs. By leveraging advanced algorithms and contextual understanding, it ensures that the resulting content is not only aligned with the user's requirements but also optimized for clarity, engagement, and purpose.

Important:

Your data may be processed in the future in other cloud services, such as Replicate. There is no specificity regarding the processing of the service. They may be changed or updated during execution. By accepting this, you accept this agreement.

Data Retention

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose or comply with legal obligations. Video files and photographs uploaded to the App are processed temporarily and deleted automatically after generation.

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Oopsify respects your rights under applicable privacy laws. You can:
